Daily Self-Love Body Practice: 

Do a body check-in: 
– Are you hungry, tired, or have any other physical drain on your body at the moment? 
– Scan your body for sensations…go slowly through your body part by part. It can help to close your eyes if you can to put more attention on the body. 
– Ask yourself “What’s happening in my body?” or “How does my body feel?” 

Do this as often as you can throughout the day. Develop the habit of checking in on your body and listening to what it is saying. 

Consider this sensory data you are collecting. 

Collect it WITHOUT judgement, just curiosity. You can and will use this information for future decisions, but right now focus on observing, that’s it!
